Meet Our team
We are two families working together in Upstate South Carolina with more than 50 years’ experience in Real Estate, Construction, and Property Management.
Brannon Massey specializes in unique construction with superior customer service. He builds tiny homes, container homes, traditional stick built houses, and helped manage construction of the Extreme Makeover home that Michelle Obama was on in Fayetteville, North Carolina. He owns several AirBnB’s that he designed and built and has vast experience with financing and unique deals.
Dawn Schwartz earned her civil engineering degree from Northeastern University in Boston and received her Project Management Professional (PMP) for her experience in the oil industry. She oversaw gas station construction for Exxon in the DC area and then managed a team constructing Mobil stations from Virginia to Maine. Her group CapExed over $71 Million in ground up construction and remodels.
Rebecca Massey earned her Master’s in Business from Louisiana State University (LSU). An expert at contract negotiations, she also specializes in accounting, taxes and compliance.
Brannon and Rebecca’s son Justus has his OSHA safety certificate and an electrical certification and has experience doing residential electrical work and also assessing and repairing foundations.
